In the spring of 2021, the Division of Arts & Humanities - in collaboration with the Harvard College Office of Institutional Research (HCIR) - implemented a climate survey for its departments and programs. 960 A&H community members participated in the surveys, at a rate of 44.9% of our total community. Below you will find links to the quantitative Divisional summary, as well as three qualitative summaries divided by constituency: faculty, staff, and graduate students. We encourage you to read these reports, especially the cover letter from Dean Robin Kelsey that prefaces the quantitative report.
